I had a pleasant stay in a King Room Non-Smoking, which was very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent for exploring nearby areas. However, the breakfast selection could be improved as it was quite basic.

The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The area offers great access to nearby attractions, which is a significant bonus.

The noise level from other guests was quite disruptive.

This place was just gross. The room was damp, and I mean, like, everything felt wet! The staff's attitude was awful too, like we were bothering them by asking for help. And the ants on the pillow? Ugh! We left and ended up finding a much better place. Location isn’t great either. Just don't go here.

I recently celebrated my birthday in lee's summit and was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the owner made a big impression on me. For the price, this place is hard to beat and its proximity to kc is a huge bonus.
